This loglan quality controls and repairs electrical and other logs.

With no parameters to set, this single loglan finds the relationships between the recorded logs in a well and then uses REWIND to automatically create a synthetic log based on these other logs. If the synthetic overlays the recorded log - the log can be deemed to be consistent and therefore ok and QC’d. If there are intervals where the recorded and synthetic log differ the user has the option to replace the poor logs sections with the synthetic log (i.e. a repair). A poor input log (perhaps due to a washout) is automatically ignored because logic recognises it and ensures it is not used in the prediction. Also predictions are made even if some of the input logs are missing or contain gaps.
