Compute Well Marker Mismatch to Surface

Compute a mismatch table between a surface and a set of well markers. The results are output in a Resource Table. Each marker adds a new row, while each well adds a new column. You can compute vertical mismatch, nearest distance mismatch, or both. You can use this to compare alternative versions of the same marker to see which one better fits the surface.
